Community Hours: Media Wiki translate-a-thon for smaller language Wikipedia Communities

Join Art+Feminism Indigenous Ambassador, Sadik Shahadu, on Saturday, April 24 at 4:00pm UTC for our next Community Hours.

This session will introduce participants to translatewiki.net, and why they should translate certain Media Wiki messages into their language Wikis. At the end of the session, participants will learn how to translate some of the most commonly used messages on Media Wiki into their own language. They will also learn how to translate several namespaces on translatewiki.net. 

No experience needed. This session will be 90 minutes long, presented in English and presented on Zoom and recorded.

Data/Internet Connectivity Reimbursement

For Community Hours attendees who reside in regions where expenses for private internet/data costs are prohibitively expensive, Art+Feminism is able to offer a $5 USD stipend to offset costs. The form will be available at the session.
